Your tasks:

  • Manage and controll the Purchasing department daily activity;  
  • Managing purchasing activity, and build a sustainable and efficient supplier portfolio;
  • Lead contract negotiation with suppliers to achieve better terms and prices;
  • Revise contracts purchasing relevant contents and the general terms and conditions; 
  • Ensure the availability of all materials needed for production and operation;
  • Prepare cost analysis in order to achieve cost reduction;
  • Revise, prepare and implement if needed purchasing relevant regulations, process flows;
  • Conduct supplier checks and evaluation ;
  • Recommend and implement changes in methods, equipment, systems and organisation, as needed, to assure that the objectives of the business are fulfilled based on the CEO guidence;
  • Work out and implement continuous improvement strategies with the approval of the CEOs.


     

Your profile:

  • University degree in relevant field;
  • More than 3 years experience in this field as a Manager;
  • Experience in SCM activity management;
  • Fluent English both in written and oral;
  • Good organization skill;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Good problem solving skill;
  • Good guiding skill.
