Your tasks:

  • Provide frontline support to resolve IT issues for employees via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for Windows Endpoints, mobile devices and Production relevant matters.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in systems like Active Directory and Office 365.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks and update systems as necessary.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members while ensuring effective communication with end-users.
  • Document all support activities, solutions, and updates in our tracking system.
  • Work on international IT Projects with your IT colleagues from other branch offices

     

Your profile:

  • 1-3 years in an IT support role (or a related field).
  • Junior candidates with strong technical foundations and great customer service skills are encouraged to apply!
  • Basic knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Great communication skills, patience, and a team-oriented attitude.
  • An eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in IT support or related education is a plus (ITIL, etc.)
  • English CV is required
