Your tasks:
- You will take responsibility for managing the international supply chain (end2end).
- You will plan, implement and optimise material flow and logistics concepts.
- You will ensure that scheduling of correct quantities while meeting deadlines.
- You will optimise the efficiency and cost structure within the supply chain.
- You will maintain close cooperation with the various departments, our production site in Hungary and all assemblies in Kleve (D), Nyirbator (HU), Acworth (USA), as well as external international suppliers.
- You are involved in higher-level cross-location project teams.
Your profile:
- Successfully completed technical or business studies with a focus on supply chain management, logistics or purchasing or comparable qualifications (e.g. industrial engineering)
- Sound professional experience in international supply chain management, preferably in a medium-sized manufacturing company
- Negotiating skills and a confident manner in negotiations
- Interest in technical correlations and analyses of price deviation
- Commitment, willingness to perform as well as an independent and goal-oriented way of working
- Willingness to travel internationally, ability to work in a team and communication skills
- Knowledge of contract law is desirable
- Good knowledge of English, further language skills are an advantage
