HR Operative Manager / HR Business Partner

Your tasks:

  • As part of our HR Team responsible to ensure the HR Team -administration, recruitment and payroll – daily activity on operative level;
  • Handle HR and Payroll related employee daily inquiries, consultations;
  • Supporting local HR projects (HR system implementation, Process development, preparing HR materials, etc.);
  • Reporting of HR work to CEO and Director level, provide decision support through HR metrics;
  • Ensuring proper HR document management, processes are mapped and kept in compliance with the rules;
  • Participation in HR relevant regulation revision, and drafting;
  • Operation and development of internal communication channels, management of corporate events and other company activities;
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital;
  • Maintaining contact with partner areas, external HR partners, cooperation with the authorities if needed.

Your profile:

  • BA or MA degree  in Human resources or related field;
  • Proven at least 3 years working experience as HR Manager or HR Assistant Manager in competitive sector at a production company;
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics;
  • Practical knowledge of HR systems and databases including Nexon or others;
  • Good Communication and presentation skills;
  • Solid Excel practical knowledge;
  • Solid command of English or German (native Hungarian);
  • Good planning and analytical skills;
  • Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Trustworthy manner;
  • Modern international thinking.
